This page outlines the return and refunds policy for items purchased
from third-party sellers on Disney DVDs.
Contact your seller directly in the first instance if you have
a problem with your order or you would like to return an item to
the seller.
Returns
- If you receive an item different to what was described, or that
is clearly in worse condition than indicated, please contact your
seller and tell them what the problem is. You should be able to
reach an amicable agreement with one another. If necessary, you
can return the item to the seller for a refund. They will provide
you with a return address.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to your
seller in the same condition you received it, and the return must
be postmarked within one week of receipt. Postage charges for
returning the item are borne by you. Find out more below on how
your refund will be handled.
- Note: items purchased from Disney DVDs need to be returned
directly to the seller.
Refunds
- Sellers can create full refunds for buyers, including original
delivery costs. When you purchase an item via Amazon.com Marketplace,
Amazon Payments charges your credit/debit card and passes on payment--less
a closing fee--to your seller. For you to secure a refund equivalent
to your initial purchase price and delivery costs, your seller
must request a refund via their own seller account on Amazon.com.
- In any case where a refund is necessary--such as when your
seller is out of stock and cannot deliver, or when you return
an item--it is the responsibility of the seller to request the
refund. We provide sellers with instructions for how to initiate
refunds. Refunds are typically processed within one week of the
seller's request. The funds will be deposited back to your credit/debit
card account, and Amazon.com will send you confirmation of the
refund via e-mail.
